The 13th IEEE Joint International Computer Science and Information Technology Conference (JICSIT 2011) will be held from Aug. 20~22, 2011 in Chongqing, China. This conference is co-sponsored by IEEE and Chongqing Computer Federation. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and ISTP.
